A double-height volume is designed as a technological showcase. This immersive showroom highlights the materiality of protective solutions (modular partitions, lead-lined walls) and the integration of critical electrical systems.

The first two floors house technical platforms dedicated to rapid response. The first level accommodates the after-sales service department, while the second houses the Engineering & Development Office, creating a direct synergy between design and maintenance.

The top two floors consist of control and administration spaces, designed as open-plan layouts for complete modularity, offering a serene work environment, set back from operational activity.

The building’s crowning feature is a panoramic rooftop terrace dedicated to institutional relations. A technical basement manages parking and logistics.
