The project is being developed on a plot of land offering 4 facades, thus allowing accessibility to industrial units for rental use for each user.

The industrial units were built using a prestressed concrete construction process allowing significant spans. 

Prestressing also reduces the risk of cracking and warping, which is essential for many industrial applications.

Thus the workshops and storage areas remain free of any hindrance relating to the supporting structure.
