« The architectural proposal of the Nador Hospital is intended as a proposal for an evolutionary model of the future Hospital ».
It is a medium-sized hospital, generated by the superposition of two volumes: a circular volume and one formed by three branches, connected by vertical circulations.
Each volume corresponds to a precise function, connected by vertical circulations.
« This type of organization allows maximum flexibility of the plan in future phases of project and site development ».
This hospital facility of 250 beds, on the development of an organization focused on the well-being of patients, their families and caregivers.
The concentric organization of the plan is crossed by radial circulations that ensure short routes and very functional circulations.
« Design a large hospital architecture, comfortable for its users. Reducing distances to travel is one of our priorities for this project ».
The interior patios allow families, patients access to a garden designed as a planted enclosure.
Environmental considerations are mandatory when carrying out such a project. This is a building that consumes a lot of energy: all the parameters to reduce the ecological footprint have been integrated into the project; the best orientation, the use of natural light, the choice of integrating passive energies… to minimize the ecological impact of the project.
For these reasons, environmental measures must be put in place from the design phase of the building to minimize as much as possible the energy demand of the building, Reduce the consumption of natural resources and ensure the quality of the indoor environment and minimize waste generation.
