The project is located in a specific place, a true border between two very different urban situations: on one side is the Rabat bypass and a growing commercial area, on the other, some beautiful isolated properties in a green area, fixed and established elements.

For this reason, and because it includes a natural area, the land has become a kind of green cushion in the middle of the city.

To reinforce this idea of an intermediate element between the city and nature, the project presents a compact and introverted volume, playing the role of «urban border» between two sound atmospheres.

The whole is functional, bright and welcoming, and the design of spaces and internal circulations gives an impression of tranquility.

A central garden, planted with 12 palm trees, distributes the spaces but also light and receives a central pool bringing the ambient sounds of water and freshness by evaporation in summer.
