The architecture of Le Carrousel Mall is distinguished by a contemporary approach that prioritizes the seamless flow between public space and retail areas, while maintaining a clean and structured visual identity.
The project is organized around key axes, with modern architecture incorporating large volumes and landscaped areas along the street frontage.
The central gallery, with its patios and gardens, is designed as an open-air urban canyon, promoting natural ventilation and zenithal light, offering fluid circulation and easily identifiable retailers.
The mall is structured around several levels, including a basement for parking, a ground floor for the retail gallery, and an upper floor housing the food court, restaurants, and cinema.
The architecture utilizes rooftop terraces to provide outdoor living spaces, creating a smooth transition between air-conditioned areas and the open air.
The building’s envelope combines mineral and technical materials for a result that is both sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.
